The Snooker Room is located on the first floor and is available to members, their guests and visitors, for use during the opening hours of the club.
Being in a separate room located above the bars it ensures the privacy and atmosphere required to enjoy a relaxed game of Snooker.
The two tables are maintained to a high level and are used by the club’s Snooker team in the local Snooker League.
Club Tour
The Members Bar as the name suggests is a members only bar. However members are permitted to take their children and guests with their children into the area.
Apart from the Top Bar, this is the largest of the bar areas and has a television, computer, dart board and where a selection of newspapers are to be found.
The club has a darts team, dominos team and crib teams and all play their league matches in this bar and occasionally during the week members enjoy a friendly game of cards or dominos.
Should you require quiet drink on your own or with your friends or with your friends the bar is large enough to allow some degree of privacy.
From this bar the board for the Monthly (drawn the 1st week of the month) Lottery Bonus Ball can be viewed. The Bonus Ball prize is a terrific £200
Middle Bar
* Members are responsible for their guests and children’s behaviour whilst anywhere on club premises
Being the smaller of the three bars the Middle Bar tends to have a more personal feel to it. You can join in the conversation or just sit back and relax.
Pick a Bonus Ball number for Saturday’s Lotto (LBCC Members only) and if your number comes out you win £75.
“Rock Of Ages” Visit The Club
The Entertainment/Function Bar is the largest of the club’s bar areas and it’s this bar that is available for hire to members and non-members (none-members contact the Secretary for details and information).
When not in use for the varied Entertainment and Function events the bar area can be used as a third general purpose bar. With the seating areas being enclosed by booth type screens it allows a little privacy so making it ideal for eating or dining or having quiet chats with friends.
The Entertainment is varied. Singers/Entertainers, discos or even Magicians or Clowns etc. for the Children’s parties or events that are occasionally held at the club.
The Entertainment/Function Bar is available to hire for members (non-members contact the Secretary for details and information). During hire the Pool Table is moved and discreetly placed elsewhere (unless requested otherwise). A Catering Service is also available for a finger style buffet or perhaps something larger and enquiries should be made to the Secretary in the first instance.
Hire Charges
Maximum 5 Hour Period between 11:00am and 12 Midnight - £50.00 (Additional hours are charged at the rate of £10.00 per hour, or part thereof, with an further £20 after midnight and should be applied for at the time of booking)
Helium Gas
A bottle of helium gas with a capacity to fill 150+ balloons is available for hire from the club for only £15.00

All charges are payable in advance
The Entertainment/Function bar is available to hire during Club opening hours
which
are:
Sunday - Thursday - 11:00AM to Midnight; Friday & Saturday - 11:00AM to 1:00AM
The charge for hire of the Entertainment/Function bar is £50.00 for the first five
hours
hire and an additional £10.00 for each hour, or part thereof, before midnight
in excess
of five hours. For functions lasting past midnight a further £20.00 will
be charged
to cover additional staff cost.
Gas to fill the balloons is available for £15.00.
The Club can provide catering if required - costings should be negotiated directly
with
the Catering Franchisee. (N.B. Hiring of outside caterers is not permitted
except
in circumstances where the Club is unable to provide catering and then
only by prior
agreement with the Committee.)
All beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and tea and coffee must be purchased from
the
Club.
While hirers will have the use of the Entertainments/Functions bar, Members and
their
guests not attending the function must be allowed access to the toilets.
Persons under the age of 18 may not be supplied with or consume alcoholic
beverages.
Hirers are responsible for basic clearing of any decorations associated with the
hiring.
